No.1 is their service,secondly,all the staffs were nice,third the location was perfect 711,jollibee,S&R,mcdonald,etc were all closed and nearby.

Bathroom set-up not suited for PWD and no shower curtain No complimentary bottled water No fridge No small table or extra chair inside hotel room

Good stay.

It was close to the airport and had some nearby food shop if you go hungry in the night. They had comfy beds and the staff at the reception were lovely.

The floor in the room needs washing.

Not bad...

For short stay,they have good service,clean hotel,comfty beds,some frontdesk staffs are nice,the bathroom is spacious. The location of the hotel is perfect,airport is only 20 mins.away if there is no traffic.

Inside the hotel room there is no fridge,no table or even chair,no complimentary bottled water,no kettle or water hot dispenser, no shower curtain.The phone is near by the elevator so if you need to call for assitance,you have to get out from the room and go walk to the hallway.

Convenient for stopover between flights

I liked that most of the Red Planet hotels I have stayed in are similar so you usually know what you are getting. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. There is always staff at the ready to assist you. This hotel is a relatively short drive from the Ninoy Aquino airport. There are a couple of Seven 11 convenience stores on the same block as the hotel if you need any food or supplies after a late arrival or before an early departure. There are also a few restaurants and fast food places nearby.

I searched through Bookings.com for accommodation for 3 people and the price I paid was more than double the initial advertised price. I haven't experienced this in the past. The hotel staff explained that this is because their rooms are too small to accommodate 3 people so I was being charged for an extra room. The rooms are very bare and don't have tea and coffee making facilities, microwave or fridge. The air conditioner had limited settings so we ended up turning it off. I must explain that we are from the tropics and the highest temperature on the aircon was a little cool for us. The aircon also resets to a very cold temperature each time you come back to your room and it is powered on again.

Wonderful

This place is my ideal budget hotel. Nothing else to be said. The quality of linen and beds is simply unseen in this category of facilities. I wish there were Red Planet in other places I use to travel. High level of comfort, nice facilities and environment, excellent noise insulation, kind and efficient staff, low cost.

Nothing to complain. Yes, rooms are small, but that is what you pay for. Several much more pricey places in Japan would give you even smaller rooms and similar level of services, and still be considered high rated.

Very Good

Really good value for price hotel. No breakfast, but the room have basic and modern design stuff that you need. Great for tourist that are finding clean rooms without insects, and just need to sleep somewhere while traveling around and in Manila. Bed was good, Room was clean, Shower and toilet good, water pressure good, no old looking stuff, and netflix available :) Aircon also good. Locality good.

Nothing, but what would add value to red planet hotel rooms would be breakfast or if they would just do service like have a deal with some restaurant, from which they would order food every morning. ... Even if it would just be like 10-20 pieces of pizza, still would not be expensive for hotel and value for guests. Also no balcony can be a point for someone.

Wonderful

Its nice and and affordable... accessible to all your needs... at the entrance there is a withdrawable machine that accepts international cards or Debit Card and Local bank cards. You will never run out of close banks because its 24/7. Also its near 711, BPI bank, Convenience Stores, Restaurants, Jollibee, CASINO's and a lot more. People are very friendly from the Entrance Guard, Reception/ Counter to Bed makers. They also have water dispenser at the Ground level and Luggage Storage after you checkout you can leave them if they are not full. We've check-in here so many times last all good no problem at all. If there is something that we need they will response or if you request something they will answer you asap. Its like a home for us to stay when in Manila.

They dont have a cup but they have despenser hot and cold, so you need to have your own bottled water to refill with or at least you have something else. But its good they have water there.
